Traversant le centre de Grenoble, la ligne du Tram A est au bout de la rue (18 minutes de trajet jusqu’à la gare de Grenoble). L’accès au campus est facile, via la Tram C, à 5 minutes de marche. L’hyper centre de Grenoble est à 10-15 minutes de marche.
L’appartement est dans une petite rue calme, avec des commerces à proximité (supermarchés ouverts 7 jours sur 7).

L’appartement

L’appartement est tout équipé avec un salon, une salle de bain avec douche, des toilettes séparées et un hall d’entrée.
La cuisine a été récemment refaite. Elle propose un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un micro-onde, un grand four, une plaque de cuisson vitro-céramique, une bouilloire, une cafetière, une machine à laver, un sèche linge, etc.

L’appartement est au troisième étage sans ascenseur. Le salon est clair et ensoleillé, orienté sud avec une table, des chaises, un canapé et une table basse. 2 chambres orientées sud et une vers le nord. Un petit balcon.

Toutes les fenêtres sont à double vitrage. Garage à vélos commun et cave.

Chambre 1, très lumineuse, orientée sud. Placard personnel juste de l’autre côte de la porte. Disponible le 1er juin
Chambre 2, très lumineuse, orientée sud. Occupée par un salarié.

Chambre 3, lumineuse, orientée nord, côté cour, encore plus calme. Disponible

Chaque chambre propose un lit double (140cm), une commode, un bureau (+ chaise et lampe), tables de chevet, placard …

Le linge de lit est fourni ainsi que les serviettes de toilette.

Colocation et voisinage

Cet appartement est dans un immeuble habités par des familles et des étudiants. Il offre un environnement calme et propice aux études. Si vous voulez faire la fête chaque jour, ce n’est pas le logement qu’il vous faut !
