Très beau duplex meublé, entièrement équipé et décoré avec goût. Tout est pensé pour votre confort, tant dans les chambres que dans les parties communes. L’ambiance est calme et propice à l’étude. En même temps, le duplex est très convivial, invitant aux échanges entre colocataires.

Il est situé à environ 12 min à pied de l’université, avec des transports en commun à proximité immédiate. De nombreux commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, gymnase, …) sont au pied de l’immeuble.

Le duplex fait environ 77 m² et est situé aux 2 et 3ème étages (derniers étages, donc très lumineux et calme) d’un petit immeuble bien entretenu. Il est exposé plein Sud et est donc, ensoleillé toute la journée. Toutes les fenêtres sont en double vitrage.

Very nice, duplex-type apartment, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Everything has been carefully though for your comfort, both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. The apartment is calm and appropriate to study. At the same time, it is very friendly, facilitating exchanges between roommates. It has been renovated and refurnished in 2022.

It is 12 min walk from the University area, with immediate access to public transport and many shops (supermarket, bakery, gym,…) are nearby.

The duplex is approximately 77 m² and is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors (top floors, therefore very bright) of a small, well-maintained building. It faces South, so it is very sunny all day. All windows are double-glazed.

It is composed of :

- Entrance with 1 wardrobe, 1 storage unit for shoes and 1 mirror
- 2 bathrooms with new showers, toilets, vanity units and heated tower rails.
- 1 laundry area, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, hood, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster), with a high table for 4 people. All utensils for cooking and meals are provided.
