COLOCATION T5 entièrement rénové avec balcon, pensé pour de la colocation à 100m des facs et universités (ISEN, INGEMEDIA…).

Nous proposons 4 chambres en colocation de standing dans un appartement meublé et décoré avec goût, tout confort, situé au 4ème étage (dernière étage) d’un immeuble avec ascenseur proche de toutes commodités, commerces et transports en commun. (2 minutes à pied du centre commercial Mayol). La luminosité est vraiment un atout majeur pour cet appartement. Il est traversant et baigné de lumière tout au long de la journée !

Cette colocation s’adresse à des étudiants et jeunes actifs. Nous mettons à votre disposition tout l’équipement nécessaire pour veiller à votre tranquillité. Vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos valises !

- Tous les commerces sont à moins de 2 minutes (supermarchés, pharmacie, tabac/presse, boulangerie etc.)

** La colocation en elle-même **
Le nombre d’occupants est limité à 4. Pour le respect de chacun, cette colocation est non-fumeur (possibilité de fumer sur le balcon) et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés.
Afin que vous vous sentiez dans cette colocation comme chez vous, vous disposerez de tous les services nécessaires : internet (fibre optique) eau, électricité, chauffage, assurance habitation. Vous n’aurez donc pas besoin d’effectuer les démarches pour souscrire à ces services.
