Appartement moderne , duplex, rénové en 2024, avec du cachet et sera meublé intégralement avec goût !

Celui ci se trouve dans la rue gutenberg à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de tram : Porte haute, et à deux pas du centre ville. Tout est réuni pour rejoindre facilement la fac, l’autoroute ou la gare. Il est possible aussi de se garer à côté du logement pour un abonnement annuel de 70€.

L’appartement dispose de 4 chambres tout confort (dressing, bureau, lit 2 places) .

Également de deux salles de bain. L’une avec une baignoire, un WC et le lave-linge ainsi que le sèche linge. Et la seconde avec une douche et un WC.

Une cuisine équipée donne sur le séjour mansardée visible sur la 1ere photo.

Un cellier complète le bien.

Le chauffage est au gaz avec une chaudière à condensation fraîchement installée et dernière génération.

Toutes les charges sont comprises dans le loyer tel que, le chauffage au gaz, l’électricité, l’eau froide et chaude, les déchets ménagers et les charges de copropriété.
Mais aussi de service avec un accès à la Fibre, un abonnement TV, et le ménage des parties communes de l’appartement 1x/ tous les 15 jours.
