If you care about the real Parisian style and comfortability, our apartment is your best choice! Staying in the 6th district, you could see the most typical Parisian style. In particular, our apartment is in a historical Haussmann building. The architecture is per se an art. In the café downstairs, enjoy the sunshine and have a cup of coffee, seeing Parisian walking by. That is Prais. The cozy apartment provides all necessary cooking machines and is on the first floor. The sofa could be turned to a spacious single bed, 115*185, good choice for a family trip. The apartment is close to the Montparnasse and also 3 mins away on foot from the subway station. Don't hesitate to book our apartment! We care about our guests and respond to your needs very quickly
