Flat with terraces. internet connection high speed, cleaning service. It is a beautiful apartments in old building dedicated to Italian and foreign university students and young workers who wish to have a very comfortable accommodation. The well-appointed rooms, with bathrooms, brand new kitchen with all appliances, terrace , 50m from Palazzo Nuovo University (downtown). The renovation has just been completed. The price includes rent, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, internet access WiFi, TV, furniture, water and condo fees. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas bill (about €30 per month). It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent. At the moment the rooms are rented to girls and boys who study at the university or at their first job experience.
