Colocation de 4 chambres dans un quartier résidentiel et calme à proximité du centre ville de Thiais. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée à moins de 5 mins à pied du TVM (Carrefour de la Résistance).
La ligne 14 du métro ainsi que les tramway T9, T7 et le RER C sont à quelques arrêts du TVM .

L'appartement se compose de 4 chambres et une grande cuisine équipée (four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson à induction) avec table à manger. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit, d'un bureau, d'une prise antenne TV et d'une armoire. Internet très haut débit par fibre optique d'Orange.
