Je suis la propriétaire d'un appartement de 50m², dans une résidence sécurisée, au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, situé au pied du métro 7 « mairie d’Ivry ».
Une chambre en très bon état et meublée se libère.

La colocataire en place est une jeune active. Les tâches ménagères seront partagées équitablement. Le loyer comprend le chauffage collectif. Internet et l’électricité seront à partager avec la colocataire en place.
