La maison est située sur l’avenue de Dunkerque, à quelques minutes à pied du métro du métro Lomme-Lambersart (ligne rouge = ligne 2) et proche de tous les commerces.
Idéal pour étudiante à la Catho (20 minutes de porte à porte en métro ou 15 minutes en VLille). Cependant, tous les campus/écoles de la métropole lilloise peuvent être rejoints en métro. Accès rapide au centre ville de Lille (en 10/15 minutes en métro). A proximité immédiate de tous les commerces.
