L'appartement est un grand T3 en duplex avec 2 chambres et une grande piéce à vivre.

L'entrée indépendante se fait par le rez de chaussée, il y a une petite salle d'eau wc.
l'appartement est surtout au 1er étage, sous comble.

La cuisine est dans la piéce à vivre dont une partie est en bar.
Un couloir avec rangements donne l'accés aux 2 chambres.
- Une chambre mansardée de 10,5 m², avec une fenetre vélux coté plein sud et donnant sur les champs.
- Une chambre mansardée de 19m², avec 2 fenetres velux.

Une place de parking est réservé pour ce logement, possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue.
