Colocation de 5 chambres dans une résidence privée de Mantes la ville (rue René Valognes), à 10 de la gare, train direct Mantes – St Lazare en 40 min, Express A14 pour La Défense en 40 min.

Les chambres sont meublées : lit avec couette, oreiller, bureau, chaise, lampe de bureau, poubelle et armoire de rangement.
L'appartement comprend un séjour avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée : frigo, four-micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, frigo, machine à laver, vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière et grille-pain…..
l’appartement est équipé de 2 WC, une salle de bain avec douche.

Charges mensuelles y comprises dans le loyer : entretien de la copropriété, le gardien, eau chaude et froide, chauffage, internet, électricité, ménage 1 fois toutes les 2 semaines de la partie commune).

Contrat individuel sans clause de solidarité, éligible APL.
