Propose à la location une chambre étudiante au sein d'une maison de ville incluant 3 logements (2 chambre et un studio).

La maison est à 4 minutes à pied de la station de RER Le Guichet et à 3 minutes des arrêts de bus desservant notamment le plateau de Saclay.

Le logement a été entièrement refait à neuf fin 2024.

Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain (douche à l'italienne, ciel de pluie) et son propre WC. Une cuisine / salle à manger tout équipée est partagée entre les deux chambres.

Chaque chambre est équipée de rangements et d'un bureau et dispose de combles aménagés où se situe le lit.

Le chauffage, l'eau chaude et froide et le Wi-Fi sont inclus.

Un emplacement intérieur est disponible pour ranger un vélo en sécurité.
