Bonjour nous louons notre maison fraichement rénovée à neuf. Elle est située dans un quartier calme tout en étant à proximité des grands axes qui vous permettrons d’accéder à l'université. Les commerces de proximité sont à 500 m et l’arrêt de bus le plus proches est a 200 m et un bus passe toutes les 10 minutes ce qui est pratique si vous n'avez pas de véhicule. Pour ceux qui ont une voiture, il y a un parking pour 3 véhicules devant la maison et un parking public souvent vide à 20 m. La maison est de type rez de chaussé surélevé. Il y a donc un appartement au rdc qui nous servira de pieds à terre et qui peut aussi être loué pour de courte période via airbnb ou en nous contactant. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit de 140 tout neuf ainsi que d'une penderie et d'un bureau. 2 chambres ont une vasque dans la chambre afin de désengorger les temps d'attentes à la salle de bains. Il est interdit de fumer et de faire la fête dans le logement mais il y a un grand garage au rdc équipé de canapé et fauteuil qui vous permettra de transgresser ces règles (avec modérations biensur) Les charges sont données à titre indicatif car logement neuf; une régule (positive comme négative) est à prévoir après il n'appartiendra qu'a vous de faire attention
