Disponible pendant l'année universitaire de septembre/octobre à mai/juin.
A 20m de la résidence, une supérette ouverte toute l'année pour tout le nécessaire et des arrêts de bus.
En cours de démarches auprès de la CAF pour que le logement soit éligible aux aides.
