Commercial activity: a K or K Bis extract from the Trade and Companies Register less than 3 months old.
Craft activity: an original D1 extract from the register of trades less than 3 months old.
Self-employed activity: presentation of a copy of the INSEE identification certificate, including identification numbers.
For self-employed professionals, proof of activity must be provided in the form of a copy of the professional card.
