Au plus grand calme, donnant sur une cour intérieure, au 2e/2 d’un immeuble niçois sécurisé par un digicode et un interphone, sans ascenseur. L’appartement comporte une porte blindée ouvrant au moyen de clefs numérotées ultra-sécurisées.
