Description

Dans une grande maison (150 m²) sur 3 étages, chambre refaite à neuf de 14m² équipée d'un grand lit confortable (140), d'une armoire avec penderie, bureau, étagères et chaises. Grande fenêtre donnant sur le jardin.
La salle de bain est à partager avec un autre étudiant.
Une kitchenette de 9m² attenante est à partager avec un autre étudiant : mise à disposition d'un espace dans le réfrigérateur, placards, ustensiles de cuisine, plaque, micro-onde, ...).
Les charges (eau, gaz, électricité, Internet fibre haut débit sont inclus). Des frais de ménage de 20 € par mois sont à ajouter au loyer pour les pièces communes (hors chambre).

La maison est à 10 mn à pieds du métro (ligne N°7, 3 stations : Pierre et Marie Curie ou Mairie d'Ivry ou Kremlin-Bicêtre), 2 mn à pieds des bus et du tramway T9, à la porte de Paris (Porte de choisy / Porte d'Ivry). Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pieds (petit supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, restaurants...).

Mon compagnon et moi aurons plaisir à vous accueillir chez nous. Nous parlons l'anglais.
