We are international educators working in Madrid and love helping students discover what's so great about our city. Our apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a small building in the heart of Chamberi, one of the very best neighborhoods of Madrid and the most vibrant, with great shopping, restaurants, and bars on every corner. All services are within walking distance, such as gyms, sport facilities, medical centers, supermarkets, theaters, schools, universities, etc. The apartment was recently completely renovated: there are two large furnished bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen with brand new appliances including a dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet, and best of all a spacious living room that is flooded with light. Heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. The rent price includes high speed Wi-Fi.

The monthly rent includes all utilities except electricity and water. The monthly bill for electricity for the apartment can vary depending on your usage of things like A/C. Save money and save the planet by using it sparingly:). The bill for water is bimonthly.
