Situé dans la >Résidence du Roi Soleil, cet appartement offre toutes les commodités pour un séjour très agréable toute l'année.
Avec ses deux chambres à coucher dominant la région Nice (au loin) et les Alpes maritimes, le réveil se fait avec un Ouaouuuuu!
Le salon et sa loggia sont très confortables et l'été les repas se prennent dehors en surplombant le parc arboré et ses piscines éclairées.
Une cuisine bien aménagée permet de préparer tous ses repas tandis que la salle de bain dotée de sa baignoire et sa douche est très bien équipée.
Le parking extérieur mais protégé par un portail rajoute ce confort si recherché par les locataires.
Enfin, les deux tennis extérieurs, les commerces situés à 50 mètres sont autant d'atouts.
La plage d'Antibes n'est qu'à 10 minutes en voiture.
