Bonjour,

Je vous propose a louer plusieurs chambres en colocation dans une maison de 8 chambres entièrement rénovée et meublée avec tout le confort nécessaire.

La maison se situe sur le Secteur Vauban (métro port de Lille) , à proximité immédiate de l'université catholique de Lille.

charges comprises ( eau froide, eau chaude, chauffage, internet, netflix, gros nettoyage 1 fois par semestre, ....) suivant la chambre.

Dans chaque chambre, il y a un lit, un chevet, un dressing, un bureau et chaise de bureau, une douche et une vasque.

A la cave, il y a la buenderie avec 2 machines à laver et un sèche linge.

Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une cuisine équipée donnant par baie vitrée sur une cour pour fumer ou se détendre, salle à manger et salon avec billard.

Il y a 1 chambre au RDC, 3 chambres au 1er étage, 2 chambres au 2nd étage et 2 chambres au 3eme étage.

Il y a 4 WC (un à chaque étage).
