Description of the accommodation

L'appartement tout équipé comprend un grand séjour avec salon et son sofa XL, TV grand écran, cuisine américaine (toute équipée : combiné, four, lave-vaisselle, four micro-onde, Senseo,...)
L'appartement comprend également une salle de bain avec baignoire et 2 vasques ainsi qu'un placard buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Bref, l'appartement a été refait à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres.

Situation de l'appartement :
A 100 mètres de l'appartement, vous avez le marché du Las, un parking gratuit, on peut aussi se garer aisément dans les rues voisines c'est aussi gratuit. La résidence est à 1mn à pied de la Porte Castigneau., 3mn de Chalucet.
Au pied de l'immeuble, pharmacie, boulangerie, pizzeria à emporter pour les grosses faims...Un gardien (sympa) est aussi sur place, la résidence est donc calme et bien entretenue.
