Située au 4eme étage avec ascenseur, cette colocation est prête à vivre immédiatement. L’appartement est entièrement décoré et meublé.

📝 Le loyer et les charges :
Chaque chambre est liée à un bail indépendant. Il n’y a pas de clause de solidarité. Si un locataire part, cela n’ a aucun impact sur votre loyer.

Appel de Charges: 60 € / mois. Les charges inclues l’eau, l’électricité, le chauffage, les charges de copropriété, internet ainsi que la taxe d’ordure ménagère.

💡Profil recherché :
Nous recherchons de préférence un (e ) jeune actif qui saura s’intégrer dans la colocation. qui est déjà constitué de deux jeunes femme (20 et 22 ans).

Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés et il est demandé de fumer à l’extérieur de l’appartement (il y a un balcon si besoin).
Un garant est obligatoire (garantie VISALE acceptée). Le dépôt de garantie est de 1 mois de loyer hors charge (420 €).
