La maison et le studio sont situés dans une rue calme à 6 min à pied du RER C Les Ardoines (à 8 min de Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, 11 min de la Gare d’Austerlitz, 21 min des Invalides...).
Il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité : Franprix, boulangerie, bureau de poste, station essence, piscine municipale…

La maison et le studio ont été rénovés et sont entièrement meublée et équipée (lave-vaisselles, lave-linge, frigos, four, micro-onde, plaques de cuisson à induction, matériel de cuisine, aspirateur...) :
- Salon avec cuisine américaine + une 2eme Cuisine
- 7 chambres (armoire, table de chevet, lit double, matelas, couette, oreillers, lampes…)
- 4 salles de bains dont une avec toilettes
- 2 Toilettes séparées
