Description of the accommodation

Location à la nuit pour étudiant résidant en France et rentrant le week end chez lui.
Idéal étudiant en alternance. Vous ne régler que les nuits passées à Grenoble mais vous pouvez réserver à l'année. Compter 30€ la nuit , petit déjeuner et linge de lit compris. Tranquillité et sécurité assurée.
Chambre dans une famille française, nos 3 enfants ont quitté la maison mais reviennent régulièrement. Nous avons 2 chiens et 3 chats, tous très gentils et affectueux.
Pas de possibilité de faire la cuisine dans la chambre. Des repas familiaux le soir (pas de repas fourni le midi ) vous sont proposés et compris dans le prix.
Chambre équipée : lit deux places, télévision, accès Wifi, bureau, armoire, linge de lit fourni (draps et serviettes de toilette).
Salle de bains à partager avec les autres occupants de l’étage (4 personnes).

Contrat de location et caution de 500€ (non encaissée) pour valider une réservation. Aucune demande de garant.

Située dans Grenoble (quartier Beauvert) avec l'arrêt "Beauvert" bus n°16 -12 – C6 à côté de la maison, le tram A à 10 mn à pied.
ATTENTION : Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur

Famille simple et accueillante. 3 enfants dont 2 à la maison (2 filles de 16 et 20 ans) et un garçon en colocation sur Grenoble (22 ans). Maison avec jardin, des voisins sympathiques. Nous avons 2 chats très câlins, une jeune chienne très joueuse, un lapin tout mignon et des poissons très sages. Bref il y a toujours du monde à la maison et nous adorons faire découvrir notre mode de vie. Les repas se passent en famille (sans télévision) et nous échangeons et discutons de tout.
