I am the owner and manager of several houses available for rent and shared accommodation. My role includes the comprehensive management of these properties, ranging from daily maintenance to addressing the specific needs of tenants.
As a manager, I am particularly attentive to the monitoring and support of students during their stay. I am available to respond to their needs, whether it be urgent requests or other types of assistance, to ensure a pleasant and worry-free housing experience.
I personally handle the check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a warm welcome upon arrival and a smooth transition upon departure. My goal is to provide high-quality service and to ensure that every tenant feels at home in our properties.
