Chambre étudiant, chez l'habitant, située au 1er étage d’un pavillon individuel dans une zone pavillonnaire calme.
Vous traverserez mon couloir et ma cuisine pour accéder à l'escalier qui mène au premier étage.
Vous partagerez, au 1er étage, l'escalier, la cuisine, les WC et la salle de bain, avec un second locataire, ayant une chambre séparée.

La chambre est équipée et comprend les éléments et installations suivants :
- Isolation thermique des murs et plafond assurant un confort de chauffage
- Un chauffage central, avec thermostat programmable pour une bonne gestion énergétique
- Une grande fenêtre et une fenêtre de toit, offrant un éclairage naturel et une aération de la pièce à votre convenance
- 3 rangées d’éclairages indépendantes, en plafond, permettant de disposer de l’ambiance adaptée selon votre besoin et goût
- D’un grand placard de 2,8 m avec portes coulissantes comprenant 2 penderies et de nombreuses étagères pour le rangement des affaires personnelles : vêtement et scolaire
- De 4 prises internet ADSL, permettant l’agencement de la pièce selon votre goût. Ces prises peuvent servir également de TV par ADSL (non fonctionnelles pour le moment)
- D’un lit une place, de 2m x 0,9m ou d’une banquette clic clac à 2 places. Oreiller, couette, alaise seront fournis. Les draps restent à votre charge
- D’un bureau avec siège
- D'une porte fermant à clef, pour votre quiétude, confort et sécurité.
Un étendoir à linge sera mis à disposition avec des épingles pour faire sécher vos vêtements après lavage.

La surface au sol est de 15,85 m² pour 11,7 m² habitable : la sous pente permet d’avoir de la place sans étriquer la pièce.

Un petit balcon (1,17 m²) vous permettra de vous aérer si besoin.
Vous disposerez également en totale indépendance du propriétaire, mais qu'il faudra partager avec un locataire d'une autre chambre:
- D’une salle de bain avec baignoire, lavabo, armoire et tiroirs de rangement et d'une machine à laver
