Proche du nouveau campus Georges Méliès et du Cineum (1 kilomètre). Face à l’Intermarché du centre ville sur l’avenue Francis Tonner.
2 chambres, 2 salles de douche et 2 WC entièrement rénové et meublé au 6 ème étage avec ascenseur.
L'appartement est traversant Sud-Nord.
Très clair avec une grande entrée dans laquelle il y a la machine à laver le linge et le cumulus.
Cuisine équipée (four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramique) et un salon donnant sur un balcon avec vue mer. Coin repas avec une table pour 2 ou 4 personnes.
Le coin nuit propose deux chambres avec verrou, TV, lit 160x200 cm, rangement (armoire penderie + meuble chaussures) et coin bureau. L’une chambre en « suite parentale » avec salle de douche et toilette; une seconde salle d'eau, un w.c séparé pour l’autre chambre.
Double vitrage et climatisation dans toutes les pièces.
Tous les commerces à proximité directe à pied (pharmacie, supermarché, banque, bowling…)
