Porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon partagé avec autre chambre louée. climatisation pour l'été. Orientation sud-est. parquet au sol et chauffage au gaz très plaisant car pas sec. C'est la chambre de mon fils qui part étudier à l'étranger.
