C’est un studio spacieux et lumineux de 30m² avec terrasse fleurie, un peu bohème. Il se situe en rez de jardin sous ma propre terrasse mais dispose d’une entrée indépendante. La cuisine séparée (avec petite table) donne sur la terrasse. La salle de bains/wc (avec hublot sur jardin) est également séparée. Le studio a un coin chambre avec lit 140 sur une estrade comme une alcôve. Un bureau en longueur est fixé sous la grande fenêtre. Le studio est assez vaste pour accueillir également un espace salon. Il convient aussi bien pour une personne que pour deux (*il faut ajouter 70 euros de charges si 2 locataires, soit au total 870 euros). Il a été habité pendant 2 ans par un seul locataire et pendant 5 ans par un couple. Un escalier en pierre longe le jardin et monte jusqu’à la rue. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel, à 5´du centre ville et surtout à 3’ du Strates College. Le métro est à 15’ à pieds, 5’ en bus. La gare pour Montparnasse est à 10’ à pieds.

Bonjour, j'habite dans une maison ancienne de charme avec jardin à 3' à pied du Strates College (montre en main!). J'ai déjà eu deux étudiantes, une du Liban qui est restée 1 an et une de Chine qui est restée 2 ans. J'aurais deux locations à proposer, celle qui est déjà en ligne depuis 3 ans du studio dans la maison, et une autre d'un plus grand studio (indépendant) sur jardin avec terrasse privée. Je suis scénariste et auteur, j'écris, c'est une maison d'artiste. Je crois que les jeunes qui ont habité chez moi ont été heureux ici.
