Se alquilan varias habitaciones todas con luz natural. Las habitaciones son bien espaciosas, una de ellas tiene cama grande y terraza privada. Los cuartos son amplios.

Ubicación excelente por la zona de Abrantes, muy bien comunicado con el transporte público tanto metro como buses. Se llega fácilmente a la Estación de Atocha.

A menos de 100 metros está la parada de metro Pan Bendito (línea 11), súper bien comunicado con Plaza Elíptica (línea 6).

Se busca gente tranquila y ordenada.
