Bonjour, je loue une chambre chez l'habitant, dans une maison avec jardin. Le quartier est très calme et proche de toutes les commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, métro Léo Lagrange Ligne 7 est à 6 min a pied).
La salle d'eau est privative et la cuisine est partagée. Accès au jardin plein sud. Possibilité de garer un vélo.
La maison est calme et paisible, je cherche une étudiante respectueuse des lieux.
