Cuisine équipée, salon / salle à manger meublé et climatisé avec accès balcon, salle de bain équipée, WC séparé, parquet. Les pièces sont desservies par un couloir avec deux placards. Une cave complète ce bien, ainsi qu'un emplacement pour vélo. Tram, bus, pistes cyclables, commerces à proximité, centre et gare à 10mn en vélo. Colocation uniquement féminine.
