Description of the accommodation

Appartement entièrement meublé et rénové en Septembre 2019.
Situé au 3ème et dernier étage (pas d'ascenseur) d'un petit immeuble rue Raymond Poincaré à 2 min à pied de la gare (mais sans les inconvénients sonores).
Idéalement situé, à deux pas de toutes commodités (gare, bus, Tram) et commerces (boulangerie, restaurants, minimarket, ...). Situé à 7 min à pied de l'Université de Droit, Sciences ...

L'appartement de 92 m² est très lumineux et est composé de:
- une cuisine ouverte sur salon (25 m²) et équipée (four, micro-onde, plaque induction, lave vaisselle, ,machine à café, ..., ustensiles de cuisine). Canapé, meubles et TV dans le salon
