Deux chambres meublées dans maison individuelle au-dessus d'un cabinet médical. Quartier calme proche des transports en commun (bus et tramway) à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville.
A l'étage, la première chambre dispose d'un grand dressing séparé et fermé. L'autre chambre dispose, elle, d'un bureau séparé. Toilettes communes à l'étage.
Au rez-de-chaussée, la cuisine aménagée, la salle d'eau avec une douche à l'italienne et le salon sont à partager.
Les chambres sont très lumineuses, l'environnement est très calme. Vous trouverez un endroit idéal pour étudier.

À noter :
- Il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge dans le logement, mais des laveries se trouvent à proximité.
- Logement non-fumeur.
- Pas d'animaux de compagnie.
