La colocation dispose d'une grande cuisine-salle à manger équipée pour 4 personnes: (2 réfrigérateurs avec congélateur, 1 évier, 1 plaque à induction 4 foyers, 1 four pyrolyse, 1 micro-onde, 1 lave vaisselle et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, une batterie de vaisselles) le tout donnant sur un jardin et ouverte sur un séjour équipé d'un salon moderne équipé d'une télévision dernière génération.

La chambre est équipée d'un grand lit 140cm * 200cm, d'une penderie, d'un bureau avec fauteuil, et d'une salle d'eau privative (douche à l'italienne, lavabo, sèche serviette et WC ); Couette et oreillers fournis.
