Chambre 3 : CACTUS avec balcon et vue dégagée, occupée par Vyoma, étudiante en français.

Chambre 4 : PALM avec balcon avec vue dégagée sur Fourvière, occupée par Raphaël, étudiant en sciences politiques. Va libérer sa chambre le 30 mai.

Chambre 5 : SUNFLOWER avec balcon, occupée par Éloïse, étudiante en psychologie.

Le loyer inclut une provision de charges (comprenant l'électricité, la fibre, le chauffage et l'eau chaude, taxe des ordures ménagères, pour une personne).

Chaque colocataire dispose d'un bail individuel en chambre meublée non solidaire, éligible à l'APL.

Les frais d'état des lieux d'entrée payable une fois 130 € et une assurance multirisques habitation en tant que colocataire individuel, une participation de 120€ par colocataire pour la rédaction de bail et ses annexes, sont à votre charge.
