Situé au cœur de Roubaix, face à la station de tramway Alfred Mongy, cet hôtel particulier entièrement rénové propose un véritable cocon.

Les espaces communs sont conçus pour vivre en toute convivialité : grande cuisine, cour extérieure, une salle de sport*, une salle de cinéma *et un espace de co-studying.

Vous n’avez plus qu’à choisir la chambre qui vous convient. Toutes les chambres disposent d’une salle de bain avec douche, meuble vasque et toilettes individuels :

Chambre supérieure : cette chambre spacieuse et confortable est équipée d’un lit Queen Size, d’une télévision 32‘’ connectée, d’un fauteuil, de rangement et d’un espace bureau.

Suites : Magnifique suite avec son spacieux coin salon, un lit Queen Size, une télévision 40’’, 1 canapé et 1 fauteuil, un espace bureau

Les couples sont acceptés pour les deux plus grandes chambres avec un supplément de 50 €/mois de charges.
