Les parties communes se composent d'un salon (avec TV) lumineux avec accès à un grand balcon, d'une cuisine équipée (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, four, plaques…) avec beaucoup de place de rangement, de 2 pièces d’eau.

Chaque chambre dispose d’un lit double, un dressing et un bureau.
Le loyer comprend : Internet, fibre optique – Eau, Electricité, Chauffage.

Le quartier : Un supermarché G20 à moins de 5min à pied. Pour le shopping, le grand centre commercial Rosny 2 est à proximité.
