Description de la maison :
- Maison sur 2 étages refaite à neuf en 2020 et qui est entièrement meublée et équipée. Il ne vous reste plus qu’à ouvrir vos valises. Les chambres bénéficient d'une belle luminosité et proposent différentes ambiances. Les 6 chambres sont équipées d'un lit (literie complète : matelas, couette, oreiller, une parure de draps) + chevet + dressing + bureau + chaise de bureau + meubles de rangement, salle d’eau privative avec douche, sèche-serviette et lavabo avec son meuble sous vasque. Vos affaires personnelles seront également 100% sécurisées avec une clef unique pour y accéder.
- La maison comprend un séjour avec salon, TV, internet, cuisine ouverte (toute équipée : frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, vaisselle, casseroles, table + 6 chaises…) et d’un espace coworking donnant sur un balcon exposé plein sud.
- Vous avez également à votre disposition un grand jardin avec sa terrasse et un composteur pour vous offrir la possibilité de cultiver vos herbes aromatiques.
- Vous profiterez de 2 toilettes dans la maison et d’une buanderie avec machine à laver. La maison a été pensé spécifiquement pour la colocation avec de nombreux rangements afin de permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres.
