Dans un immeuble avec parkings proche des facs de Talence 178 avenue de thouars (Juste derrière le lycée hôtelier), loue 3 chambres de 11m² en colocation dans un appartement de 70M² situé au premier étage.

L'appartement qui vient juste d'être refait à neuf est entièrement meublé.

Les chambres de 11m² bénéficient d'une belle luminosité. Les chambres sont équipée d'un lit ( literie complète : matelas, couette, oreiller, draps) + chevet + armoire + bureau + chaise de bureau.

L'appartement comprend un séjour de 20m² avec salon, TV, internet, une cuisine toute équipée : frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, four micro-onde, vaisselle, casseroles, table + 4 chaises...)

L'appartement comprend également une salle de bain avec un lave-linge.
Une pièce toilette.
Une pièce de rangement commun.

Bref, l'appartement a été refait à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres.

Cela comprend les charges de l'immeuble + internet+ électricité+ Netflix + assurance habitation
Une femme de ménage intervient toutes les semaines dans les parties communes.

Situation de l'appartement :
A 300 mètres de l'appartement, vous avez une supérette qui ferme tard le soir (pour les courses de dernière minute).

L'appartement est à 5 minutes à pied de l’école Kedge et à 10 min du TRAM ligne B de l’arrêt arts et métier ou doyen brus. Un arrêt de bus se trouve devant la résidence.
L'immeuble ne compte que 2 étages. Il est donc calme et sécurisé.
