Situé au début de Koenigshoffen, allée des Comtes à Strasbourg.
A moins de 10 minutes à vélo des Facultés, de la Gare de Strasbourg et du Centre Ville.
La ligne F du tram est située à deux pas de l'immeuble. Vous y trouverez juste en face toutes les commodités (dont un supermarché).

L'appartement, au quatrième étage sans ascenseur, est agencé comme suit :
- 4 chambres spacieuses (dont 2 en enfilade, communicantes) entre 16m² et 20m² équipées : literie d’hôtellerie 140x190, table de chevet, grand dressing, rangement, bureau, chaise, luminaires. Chaque chambre se ferme à clé.

Attention les 2 chambres de 15m² ( à 425 €) sont communicantes , il faut passer dans une des chambres pour aller dans l'autre.
