Appartement au 1er étage d'un immeuble de 4 étages sans ascenseur dans une copro tranquille situé en retrait de la rue.

Dispose de 2 chambres a louer pour des étudiants pas trop difficile a vivre.
+1 chambre qui est occupée par moi-même, propriétaire du logement. (Je pense être quelqu'un d'assez cool si vous avez un minimum de savoir vivre).

Donc tout le nécessaire pour la vie courante sera disponible.
Cuisine, salle de bain, WC, salon partagés.
