Je loue un studio meublé dans la résidence Claude Thion, à 3min du jardin des Prébendes et à 20min de la gare.

Le studio est au 2ème étage avec un balcon filant. La cuisine/salle à manger est séparée de la chambre. La douche vient d’être refaite. L’appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé (machine à laver, réfrigérateur, machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, aspirateur Bosch, etc.). Il y a une télévision 32’ et une connection très haut débit grâce au raccordement du logement à la fibre optique.
