Colocation pour des personnes ayant un emploi (pas d'étudiant) ou stagiaire. Haut de maison individuelle meublée à Salon de Provence. À 300m de géant casino, proche de l'école de l'imfp, maison dans jardin clôturé . Possibilité de se garer.
Je choisis les colocataires pour que leur confort soit assuré donc, soit trois filles/femmes ou trois garçons/hommes.
À moins que vous louiez entre amis.
À savoir : il y a un chien qui est adorable, mais c'est un berger allemand, il est donc essentiel d'être à l'aise avec les animaux. De plus mes parents habitent l'appartement en dessous, il n'y a aucune interférence avec votre autonomie, mais le calme est de rigueur, il n'est pas possible de faire de fêtes sur place ni de recevoir pour la nuit. Les colocataires entretiennent l'appartement régulièrement mais à chaque changement, je fais faire un ménage approfondi.
Quant au dossier, je le considèrerai complet si vous y ajouter une preuve de votre source de revenu ou un garant.
