Description

Je cherche à louer à un/une étudiant/e une chambre meublée située dans une grande maison sise avenue Rondu à Choisy le roi (quartier résidentiel) où je loue aussi 2 autres chambres à des étudiants. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni ainsi que des choses pratiques comme le papier toilette et le “Sopalin”..., pour plus de commodité. Avec contrat et possibilité d'APL si l'étudiant y est éligible. Je demande également une caution à la réservation.
La maison étant très grande et calme, chacun peut y travailler sereinement tout en décidant de se retrouver si l'envie est là. Je demande de faire attention aux aspects sanitaires et j'ai mis en place un petit protocole pour limiter les risques et cela se passe très bien pour le moment. La maison est "non fumeur".
Accès salle de bain, grande cuisine et salon en rez de jardin. Et il y a une pièce pour laver et faire sécher son linge, et la possibilité de garer un vélo éventuellement. Bien sur, le wifi (via la fibre).
Le plus simple pour rejoindre l’IPSA est de prendre le roi RER à Choisy le roi ( à environ 10 mn à pied de la maison en coupant par le parc) et de descendre à la station Ivry sur Seine, soit 2 station si vous prenez le train direct (Choisy, Les Ardoines (Vitry), Ivry sur Seine) en 8 mn environ (compter 12 mn si vous ne prenez pas le direct) puis 5 mn de marche à pieds pour rejoindre l‘IPSA. Soit porte à porte environ 20/25mn. Il y a des trains très fréquemment aux heures de pointes (tous les 5 à 10mn).
A noter qu'il y a aussi près de la maison le tram T9 qui va à Paris – Porte de Choisy en 20mn (interconnection avec le train T3a).
Il y a toutes les commodités à proximité pour faire des courses à pied. Et nous sommes proches des centres commerciaux Thiais Village et Belle Épine où vous trouverez toutes les marques de magasins connues et des cinémas, restaurants...
