L’appartement est situé à 10 minutes à pied du CHU Timone et 7 min de la gare Marseille Blancarde. Il est au 5ème étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble années 60 ;
Il est entièrement climatisé. Il offre une vue dégagée sur Notre-Dame de la Garde.
L’appartement est équipé de cuisine, TV et internet (fibre optique). Chaque chambre a sa clé et sa propre salle d'eau (pas besoin d'attendre pour la douche) et il y a 2 WC en tout (voir plan).
Occasion idéal pour jeunes professionnels ou étudiants internes au CHU. Actuellement 3 suites sont déjà occupés par des professionnels internationaux dans la trentaine (2 femmes et 1 homme).
