Description of the accommodation

Charmant appartement non meublé refait à neuf, composé d’un séjour, d’une chambre, d’une entrée et d’une salle de bain. Petit garage ouvert et cave à disposition.
L’appartement est situé au 1er étage de la maison construite en 1840, entre prairie et forêt ouverts à la promenade. 2 autres locations sont aménagées dans la maison où nous vivons également à l’année (l’endroit est calme mais vivant !).
St-Carreuc est située à 15 minutes de St-Brieuc par Plédran. Commerces sur l’itinéraire et petite épicerie dans le bourg.
Chauffage électrique, isolation récente (fenêtres double vitrage). Accès PMR peu adapté (étage desservi par escalier d’époque). Orienté sud ouest (très ensoleillé) pour les pièces principales.
Les charges comprennent l’entretien des parties communes, les ordures ménagères et l’entretien du système d’assainissement. Non compris eau et électricité (prévoir réouverture compteur).
Pas de DPE car construction de plus de 150 ans.
