J'ai trois chambres dans une colocation de 5 pièces, meublé, dans un quartier calme aux portes de Strasbourg.
Appartement traversant et lumineux, au premier étage d’une maison individuelle.
A 5 min du tram.
Dispose d’un sommier et matelas 140x190, de draps, couette et oreillers, une table de chevet avec lampe, un bureau, une chaise, une grande armoire et des rideaux.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec plaques de cuisson, frigo, hotte, micro-onde et four. Il y a des rangements et un coin repas pour vous rassembler.
La salle de bain lumineuse est équipée de deux vasques, une douche, des rangements et une machine à laver.
Les WC sont séparés et disposent d’une lave main indépendant.
La pièce de vie est aménagée d’un canapé, une table basse, une table à manger et des chaises.
Grande armoire de rangement dans le couloir avec tout le matériel de ménage à disposition.
Parking à vélo à disposition dans la cours.
Forfait de charges de 170 euros par personne et par chambre (internet compris dans les charges) sauf Électricité.
