Description of the accommodation

Nous sommes une famille de 3 (papa, maman et Pauline 9 ans) qui habitons à côté de la côte du Monumental proche Boulingrin dans une maison avec un grand jardin.
Nous proposons gratuitement (charges incluses : chauffage, eau chaude, électricité, wifi) pour l’année scolaire 2024-25 une chambre dans notre maison à une étudiante native anglophone, moyennant 2 sorties d’école par semaine (mardi et vendredi 16:15-19:15). A l'occasion de ces 2 soirées elle devra parler exclusivement anglais avec notre fille.
La chambre se situe au calme au 2e étage de la maison (très belle vue sur la ville et la côte Ste Catherine), elle est meublée et dispose de sa salle de douche privative avec WC. Placard penderie sur le pallier.
Accès au lave linge et à la cuisine familiale.
Nourriture non incluse (espace mis à disposition dans le réfrigérateur et le congélateur familial), l'étudiante sera indépendante pour ses repas mais bienvenue à dîner occasionnellement avec nous.
