Située à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la Gare SNCF Metz-Nord, accès A31 en moins de 2 minutes, moins de 10 minutes en vélo de l’Île du Saulcy.

Cette colocation comprend tout : meubles, électroménager, linge de toilette, linge de lit, Internet, Netflix. Vous n'aurez qu'à poser vos valises ! 🧳
Une aide-ménagère interviendra chaque mois afin de réaliser le ménage dans les parties communes.

Chaque chambre se ferme à clé et possède un lit double, un dressing, un bureau et une chaise.
La literie et le linge de lit sont fournis.
